WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IS DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED?

If the product you have received is defective, incorrect or defective, please email us. Include and picture in your description and state if you would like a refund or if you would like to send the item back to receive a new one. Getting a new item is important for plants. We offer a shipping warranty on all of our plants, so if yours comes damaged please reach out and we will replace it.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a return policy for 7 days after you have received your item. Simply email us with your issue, as stated above, and we will resolve the issue.

DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERY SERVICES FOR ALL PRODUCTS?

All orders will be shipped right to your door. We do, however, offer a local drop off and pick up option for plants if you would like to receive your new plant baby quicker!
